Refund Policy

Our refund policy constitutes all transactions made online through our website, over the phone, and within the clinic premises.

• Cosmetic Medical Clinic does not provide refunds for “Change of Mind” purposes and deposits are non-refundable.
• Failure to attend a booked appointment, same-day cancellation and/or rescheduling of appointments for treatment within 48 hours of the appointment time, will result in the whole of the holding deposit being forfeited to the account of CMC. These conditions are at the discretion of CMC and depending on circumstances exemptions may be granted.
