Cosmetic Medical Clinic (NSW) Pty Ltd uses Heidi Health AI, a secure, Australian-based clinical documentation platform, to assist with accurate recordkeeping of consultations, follow-up appointments, and treatment notes.
During some appointments, audio may be recorded and automatically transcribed into clinical notes within Heidi Health’s encrypted system. These records are used solely for clinical and administrative purposes, such as maintaining accurate patient records and supporting continuity of care.
Patients are informed prior to recording, and recordings are only made with patient awareness and consent. The data is stored in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles (APP 6 & 11) and Heidi Health’s security framework. No data is shared with external parties for marketing or non-clinical use.
Use of Aircall AI for Communication Systems
Cosmetic Medical Clinic may use AI-assisted communication systems to assist with telephone enquiries, appointment management and customer service. Information collected through these systems is used solely for operational and patient-care purposes.
