1. Initial Laser Consultation with our laser practitioner. Your skin condition will be clinically examined in person, and imaged for clinical records. If a lesion is suspected to be malignant, you will be referred to our registered medical practitioner for a biopsy.

2. Medical Assessment with our medical practitioner. Before proceeding with treatment, our medical practitioner will assess your skin concerns and address any questions you may have regarding the treatment process. Our medical practitioner will be present at all laser lesion removal treatments to ensure your safety and comfort, including the administration of anaesthetic injections or digital block for pain management during treatment, if deemed appropriate.
