I have been under Jenner’s care since my first visit to CMC and it’s amazing to see how much my skin has improved! Texture, tone, glow… everything. Jenner has so much knowledge with dealing with different types of skin and it definitely shows on her work. I have olive skin and am really prone to hyperpigmentation and she has done wonders for me. Can’t thank her and the team enough for boosting my self esteem with my new skin. Oh! And when she says “don’t use chemicals on your skin”, just take the leap of faith and trust her! I can attest to her statement. That has been one of the biggest changes I’ve done in my routine and I couldn’t be happier and my skin never felt healthier too. 100% recommend!

I suffer from deep acne scarring and went through many clinics and they would always recommend needling for treatment due to my darker skin tone, however they never offered considerable results. I found out about CMC through online research and have been happy with the laser treatment for my scarring, it beats all my previous needling treatments in terms of results after a single session. I had a mole and a cyst removed, both were in delicate spots. The cyst was small but in a visible place on my chest, so I was very conscious about scarring. I had seen a plastic surgeon a while back who had advised me that I would be left with a scar as they would need to cut it out. This is what drove me to explore laser as an alternative. I am very impressed with the outcome. It’s still healing but I’m left with a very minor and barely noticeable mark. I was warned that the outcome would be different if I got keloid scarring (I don’t) so that’s one thing to weigh up for those considering. I found the team to be direct and professional. They cared about my comfort and the results, and were very transparent about any potential risks.

I came to Jenner looking to reduce the pigmentation on my face… I ended up doing a lot more - lesion removal, CO2 resurfacing, and Q-Switch… I’m glad that I did!My pigmentation looks a lot lighter, my pores are smaller and skin tone is more even.Jenner is a straight shooter, she’ll tell you what you need to hear so you get the best outcome for your skin. She has decades of experience.I also managed to get some tips on how to maintain my skin without using all the harmful cosmetics, which has been handy!

I came to CMC to seek a solution for my never ending acne problems. Based on my research, this clinic is different from other places (no skincare, less chemicals), trying to help our skin healing naturally..After few months (2-3months) doing consultation & doing laser treatments to support my skin healing by itself, the results really amazed me!! My skin getting healthier, no more acne problems (just 1-2 acne in period time, which is normal), less oily!!I’m very happy with the results!!! Highly recommend👍🫶

I came to CMC to seek solutions to help with the appearance of my acne scars. Jenner suggested two sessions of CO2 laser, firstly to remodel the scars and secondly to smooth it over and blend with the rest of the face. For this treatment, it is important to have realistic expectations and be prepared for the downtime.After my sessions I can say that the results have sufficiently improved the appearance of my scars. Jenner also gave further advice to help me maintain the improved skin, including another kind of laser treatment to smooth pores and control acne prone glands which I thought was thoughtful and professional.The clinic is clean and feels safe. A glance at the many laser machines Jenner has got in one of the rooms will reassure you that she is a seasoned professional and conscientious specialist.

I had a great experience doing Ultherapy/Ultrasound at Cosmetic Medical Clinic. The treatment was very well done and Jenner is very caring and professional while doing the procedure. From my first appointment, I really appreciate her honest opinion and advice for my skin. I had Ultherapy before but it was definitely not as good and precise as the one at CMC Clinic. I can already feel my skin looking tighter, my next treatment is the fractional laser resurfacing and I can't wait to see the full results in the next coming months :)

In the past few years, I have been battling with acne. After trying various products that didn't yield significant results, I decided to go to CMC for treatment. Since the first consultation session, Jenner has been very nice and provided proper treatment advice. CMC were excellent and highly professional. I booked a skin consultation for a face cyst that I had developed over about almost 2 months. The process to book the initial skin consultation was very easy to do via the CMC website. At my skin consultation Jenna was thorough and checked my cyst and sent me for further testing (face ultrasound) to find out what the cyst I had developed on my face was. After I went through the process of my face ultrasound and another skin appointment, it was decided I needed a cortisone injection as I had an acne cyst. The cortisone injection healed my cyst and flattened it. I am very happy and grateful I went to CMC, as I am no longer embarrassed by a cyst on my face. All the staff were so welcoming, polite and friendly from the start. Dr. Jenna and Dr. Choi are highly skilled, professional, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. I am appreciative and I want to thank all of the CMC staff so much for helping me. I would recommend CMC and would go again in the future if I need assistance with skin concerns.

I have been thinking about facial freckle removal for over a decade. I had a lot of sun damage growing up in the 90s where sunscreen wasn’t a thing, and after having kids my pigmentation darkened even more. In the last ten years I would have seen over a dozen top dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons and laser clinics, but I have always hesitated to proceed as I had 5 main criteria in choosing the correct place and none quite ticked all the boxes - after all it is on my face and I have seen some disasters online.1. The clinic had to have evidence of working and achieving results with Asian skin. It is crucial they understood that Asian pigmentation is different.2. The therapist/beautician/nurse (the person holding the laser) has EXPERIENCE. Laser treatments do not require someone with a doctorate and practically anyone can get a licence to do it, so I really didn’t want some young kid fresh out of school (and sometimes they don’t even have that) be holding a laser near my face pretending to relate to my post-birth and multiple children, and traumatised skin. Most of the top clinics had girls who had only been using lasers for a short period or could only direct you to the website if probed for more information.3. Actually understand the different laser types and effects. Most only understand and sell the one laser they have available- which is not necessarily the correct application to everyone’s problem. Again comes back to Experience.4. No pressure selling into multi session when everyone’s skin is different, reacts different etc.5. Affordable investment.Now you can see why it took me a long time to find someone… but you can thank me later.I was referred to CMC by a friend and finally booked to have a consult with Jenner. She is awesome, highly experienced and certainly knows her stuff when it comes to lasers. She is genuine, factual yet compassionate person with a wealth of knowledge. I was very impressed that she’s been using lasers for over 30years or so, and is very passionate about it. She has quite the collection of them in her clinic.I was recommended to just start with one session of CO2 skin resurfacing, see how my skin reacts then proceed with q-switch if necessary. The actual treatment was quick and painless (after numbing cream), CO2 downtime was 7 days, although I was back to work after 48hrs, scabs and all.The results are amazing! I had severe acne when I was in high school and have been suffering from many post-acne symptoms since. My face is covered in acne scars and redness from occasional active acne. After many years of trial and error, I decided to give laser treatment a try and came across CMC because of their highly regarded reviews.During the consultation, Jenner was really honest and knowledgeable. She did not sugarcoat anything after recommending CO2 skin resurfacing treatment for my acne scars and uneven skin tone, and Coolview to reduce oily skin to prevent future acne. She told me everything about the downtime, what the laser can and cannot do, and how I should take care of myself after the procedure to maintain optimal results.On the day of the treatment, while I had the numbing cream on my face and was undergoing Coolvire laser prior to the resurfacing itself, Jenner offered to remove some of the beard on my neck where it could potentially cause acne. I was amazed and grateful for how much she cared about these little details. I had told her that I occasionally get acne on my neck after I shave, so she offered to remove the hair for me so I wouldn't have to shave and prevent further breakouts.The aftercare was really easy with the guide provided.
