Common Treatment Methods for Tattoo Removal
When a tattoo is applied, ink molecules are deposited into the dermis layer of the skin through ruptures in the skin’s top layer. The body’s natural cleaning system recognises these ink molecules as ‘impurities’, but it cannot remove them due to the size and density of these molecules.

This method is expensive but may be suitable for the quick removal of smaller tattoos. The resulting wound and stitches will leave scarring.
