What causes ingrown toenails?

Ensure that toenails are kept at moderate length and that they are even

Poor foot hygiene can result in ingrown toenails so it is imperative that you clean and dry your feet often

Athletes are most at risk when it comes to ingrown toenails so extra precaution should be made when dressing the foot
